Our Fees

We recognise that every job has a value.

We will not charge for an initial enquiry over the telephone with one of our solicitors during which we will assess whether we believe we can add value.

If we believe we can add value and you want to take matters further, we will charge a fixed fee for a first meeting or detailed discussion, a written assessment, recommendation and a case plan.

We will consider and discuss with you a variety of ways of charging fees, whether fixed, subject to a fee limit, percentage fees based on the value of the transaction, retainer fees or fees calculated by reference to hourly rates. Wherever possible we will offer you a fixed fee

There won't be any surprises. We know we offer good value for the work we do.
